The staff were kind and attentive, and the setting is beautiful and tranquil. However, the rooms feel a bit under‑equipped; for a hotel of this calibre, lacking USB‑C or USB‑A ports is truly disappointing, and the fridge wasn’t cold enough, so a few adjustments are needed.

The team is very friendly and smiles all the time, always trying to help. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool is tidy and quiet, and parking is usually available. The hotel is in a fairly remote location, so the only evening option is to dine at the hotel restaurant. The dishes are excellent, but there are no vegetarian options. The breakfast we received as take‑away did not match a four‑star hotel.
