Friendly host, close to Able Tasman National Park, and the room was warm and welcoming.

The location and breakfast were outstanding. The only downside was the cold showers for two consecutive days; otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The painting in the room was incorrect for me, as I’m fluent in te reo.

The breakfast was really good with lots of homemade jams, fresh bread and muffins, and the shared kitchen was very clean; the pillows were a bit hard, but overall I enjoyed the stay.

The hosts were terrific, the bed super comfortable, and the breakfast featured homemade jams, honey, and fresh farm eggs from their hens, plus a very friendly cat that loved pats.
