“Basen för en jättefin vistelse i Helsingfors”
We stayed in a central spot and found the place functional with plenty of staff at breakfast. The staff were friendly and calm. We were a large group wanting to stay together during the early breakfast, so we checked out 10 spots. When my partner and I briefly stepped away for coffee, our pancakes were taken and 4 seats moved to another table. I pointed this out to the waitress who had removed our plates, and we only got back 2 of the 4 seats. This made it hard for the older members of our group who arrived 5 minutes later. We would have appreciated a discussion about the seating and how long we intended to stay before handing the seats over to the next group. A kettle in the room would have been great.
