“Für naturnahen Urlaub perfekt”

The location is great for a nature lover, with sunrise mountain views and immediate access to hiking right outside the door. At night, just step onto the street for a perfect starry sky and silence; a perfect escape from a hectic life. The bus stop is around the corner, though it doesn’t run very often, but it’s still manageable. A traditional Bavarian inn is nearby, open Thursday to Saturday. The bathroom, however, is very noisy.

The location is good, rooms are clean but not luxurious, and breakfast is sufficient. Beware of the dog policy: I was surprised by the on‑site payment for a dog, which wasn’t mentioned in the guidelines. The email from the pension asked for a deposit, which was fine, but the dog fee of €10.00 per night was not disclosed and feels excessive. The mattresses are terrible for anyone with back problems. We were only staying for two nights on the way, so we didn’t experience it fully.

The rooms are large, very clean, and the breakfast is good.

The location is nice and the surroundings are dreamy. I was able to rebook a planned double room with single use to a double room with double use for a small extra fee without any hassle. The rooms feel very “old‑fashioned” and are only adequate for sleeping. It was unbearably hot, with no fans or blackout curtains. Breakfast offered only the bare minimum; butter melted in the sun, and the rolls were simple with no fresh fruit or vegetables. There was no friendliness or pleasant welcome, so the value for money was not enough for us.
