The service was excellent, the reception staff were very attentive, and the ladies in service were lovely and helpful. The only areas that could use improvement are: 1) the internet, which never worked properly, was very slow or the signal would drop; 2) the shower is very small and the water flow is minimal.

I liked the place because it was very traditional, everything was clean, and the included breakfast was tasty. The coffee was superb. I was assigned room 302, the last room on the top floor, so the internet would disconnect intermittently. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is very well positioned, breakfast is included, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, parking is included, and the room is very spacious. Initially we were offered a windowless room at the back; to get a window we were moved to a front room, but it was noisy with distant fireworks, street cars, and the hotel bell at night.

The staff are very friendly, the location is good, and the courtyard is very pretty. Breakfast was sparse and the room was very old.

I stayed in a room on the lower floor, so I could hear the dining area and music, not too loud but definitely audible. The room smelled clean when I walked in. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty, especially the scrambled eggs and beans, though the buffet lacked variety. The fabric softener used in the laundry had a strong scent that triggered my allergies.
