The hotel is good, well‑located, with polite and helpful staff; the breakfast could use improvement, the room lights flickered, and the TV remote was unreliable, but overall it’s a great spot and I recommend it.

“Boa localização, com café da manhã bom.”

The location was very convenient, the breakfast offered a lot of choices, and the 24‑hour front desk was a big help, plus they had many snack options. The check‑in didn’t start until 1:30 am and the staff member handling it was far from friendly; after we and several others had been waiting over an hour and asked if it would take much longer, she responded rudely and treated us poorly. When later guests who arrived after us were given rooms ahead of us, we asked for our rooms and they finally released them, which makes me wonder how long we would have been left waiting otherwise—this part was really disappointing, but everything else was fine.

“Mais ou menos”

The coffee was good, but the air conditioner didn’t work, the minibar didn’t work, and the reception phone for complaints didn’t work.

“Muito barulhento. Consegue escutar sons vindo do corredor e de fora. Sem estacionamento coberto.”

The location was fine, but the breakfast and the noise both in the corridors and outside were problematic.
