“Decepcion en las expectativas del Hotel”

The room is small, which is tight for tres people. The balcony is tiny and faces the street, so there's a lot of noise day and night, constant police, ambulances, even at dawn. One day there was a big street protest in the afternoon that disturbed our rest. We could hear noises from neighboring rooms – the shower in the adjacent room seemed to be in ours, and when the guest in the upper room walked it felt like the ceiling was falling. Two nights there was continuous music whose source I couldn't identify. It feels more like a B&B than a hotel; there's no 24‑hour reception or room service. Overall disappointment, though I still give it a 7.

“Bien mais les voisins sont bruyants”

The recent renovations made the hotel feel more modern and up to expected standards, but the floor right above our room belongs to a different building, so we were subjected to noise every night from 20h to 22h.

“Gostei muito do hotel, pessoal muito simpático e muito educado,intalaçoes muito boas”

Very comfortable; the room was spacious and the bed was excellent.
