The staff tried to help, but the room had a basement character, the manager was not accessible for complaints, the caretaker was intrusive, and there was no privacy.

The location is dangerous by day and night, even locals avoid the area; there is no street or sidewalk outside the accommodation, making it unbearable with a small child; I wanted to cancel because of the location, but the owner never replied, kept the money, and when I called back claimed he was from a Riad in Ourika; everything is terrible and I will never book this place again, still waiting for a response.

The location was very quiet and truly relaxing; the guard Brahim was super, and we will definitely return with family because there is a villa with 4 rooms available.
