The staff were very kind; I left my bag at the counter and she called me back to retrieve it—great! But the bed was uncomfortable, itchy, and the pillow looked more like a cushion than a pillow, and it wasn’t clean. The hotel felt a bit spooky, though the Quran recitations helped me sleep.

Only three plug points worked, one was exposed and dangerous, the water heater didn’t function, a pipe kept leaking and the hanging pipe fell repeatedly, which was extremely irritating each time it had to be re‑installed; the wall paint was peeling in many places, on the first day I could use the iron for free, the next day they charged RM5 for 15 minutes claiming the first floor had removed the iron even though I was on the second floor, which made no sense; I still paid because I needed to get to an event and didn’t want to argue, and the reception staff were overly friendly to the point of arguing about why I chose a king‑size bed but ended up sitting on the floor.

The service was very poor, and the bathroom situation was also bad. No one was available at the reception to handle emergencies, so there was no one to contact. Please improve your service.
