They have a waffle maker that I love so much for breakfast, and the in‑room jets are fantastic—this place is great overall. The only issue was a weird stain on the wall that they weren't very accommodating about; on the second‑to‑last day of my stay they wanted to paint it while I was still there, which didn't feel like the right solution, but aside from that little snafu everything else was excellent.

The staff were attentive, helpful, and always ready to solve our problems. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It had a minibar and a microwave. The bathroom was also very good and spacious. The hotel is close to many restaurants, cafes, shop and supermarket. The only issue was that the bathroom door was sticking.

The location is close to everything: the observatory, Universal Studio. The only downside is that there are no fences at Sams.
