The spot was fabulous—luxurious, very big, and spotlessly clean. The patio area was a little dirty, probably because it’s under trees.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of four, including a 3‑ and 5‑year‑old; the lodge sits in a quiet part of the Hoburne park yet is close enough to walk to the main venue. The location is ideal for exploring Devon, near Brixham, Paignton, and Torquay, and the owner’s communication was flawless. We have no complaints at all.

Everything was exactly as described and very well presented, making it a great base for our holiday and day trips. The property met all our needs, and the wider park facilities—lounge, bar, pool, etc.—looked great for families with kids.

It’s new, spacious, and in a quiet part of the park. The duvet was a bit heavy, but that’s just a personal preference.
