“Worst experience”

The location was fine, but the night water stopped and no service was provided. When we called the in‑charge, he told us to wait until morning; we had a baby and no water, so we ran all night with no ventilation and even the electricity went down again. The same answer made this the worst experience ever.

“Go only for view, with zero service expectation”

The location and view are the best, but the owner Mr Mayil is extremely rude and arrogant. He takes full payment at check‑in and insists on keeping your original photo ID, which makes no sense. The rooms were unclean, the bedsheet was torn, and we found cigarette buds, chips, and previous occupants’ packets next to our bed; the bathroom smelled bad and basic toiletries were missing until we asked. Prices increased unexpectedly, and the complimentary breakfast is a joke—no tea, coffee, or milk for a child. There are no shops nearby; basically go there only for the view and expect no service. I paid about 12000/- for two rooms for two days, but the rooms are worth no more than 2k‑2.5k per day.

“Beautiful place with kind staff”

The view was gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Finding the place was a nightmare, but we had someone who could call and ask for directions after we struggled for a long time. The room felt a bit cramped for five people.

The location and breakfast are fantastic, and the valley view from the room is amazing—worth the money just to catch the sunrise. The room should have been cleaned, and the water facilities could be better.
