“Good vacation”

The location was good, the beds were comfy. The new construction was an eyesore, and the electrical breaker kept tripping. There’s no laundry in your villa; you can do it for a cost. There’s nowhere to hang wet clothing.

Great location. Good kitchen facilities, good air conditioning. Good on site parking. The bedrooms and living room have a shared open ceiling (i.e. no privacy between these 3 spaces) which was not clear on the listing. This makes it difficult if guests want to get up early or go to bed later than others. The company charged me slightly more than the original booking price, and said no when I asked if they would honor the original booked price. It was not a large difference but I think it is good service to honor the price on the booking

“Nice, local stay”

The place sits right near the beach and the airport, and everything inside was spotless, cool, and cozy. The rooms were roomy, the sheets were fresh, and the AC was powerful enough to chill the whole house. The shower didn’t have much pressure, but the water was scorching hot. The cleaning crew was meticulous; we got fresh linens and towels mid‑week and the whole spot was swept and mopped. Oona was quick, professional, and always friendly. On the downside, there’s not much food around, so you’ll need transport unless you’re okay with public transit. We found two bottles of water when we arrived, but no coffee, condiments, or dish soap even though there was a sink and dishwasher. The appliances look a bit old and could use an update.

“Fine villa for a short stay”

The villa feels a little dated but is close to a small beach and has two spacious bedrooms plus a shared bathroom. The surroundings are quiet, and supermarkets are a 15‑25 minute walk away. The road is mostly flat and walkable, except the first 50 meters to the public road, which is steep. Housekeeping comes daily. Una is very friendly and drops by every day. Demuon is a reliable taxi driver for airport transfers at 40 USD. The AC can’t drop the living room temperature below 30 °C (86 °F). There’s no hot water, so you have to shower with cold water. The kitchen has basic gear, and the dishwasher is broken.

“Great location, great accommodation and excellent staff.”

1. Ideal location; secs from the beach, close to Kingstown and the Argyle airport. 2. Our accommodation (nearest to the main entry gates on the hill) was good. 3. Our local host Keta (forgive me if it’s misspelled) was amazing. She made the trip worthwhile. 1. The main sofa requires a deep clean. Also, the kettle, toaster and blender should be upgraded to newer models
