The location was very good, close to the lake and the harbor promenade to Lake Titicaca, with a nice view from the room and a very good breakfast. It was great that we could check in early without extra cost. José Carlos, who received us, was very helpful and gave tips. The shower was warm, and we received an extra blanket and a heater. The noise was a bit loud at times, but earplugs worked fine.

The location and hospitality were great. When the heater runs all night it gets dry, and if it’s off it gets too cold to sleep.

The service and friendliness were great. It’s a bit far from the places I needed to go, but I loved the view and the tranquility.
