The only good thing about this place was the location. The hotel is quite central and you can walk everywhere in Puebla’s center. Still, it’s not worth it. Don’t stay here. The bed bugs were a nightmare! We stayed two nights; on the first night we found and killed a bed bug in one of the beds. We asked for a room change and they moved us to one that (finally) had a window. We trusted that, after showing them the bug we killed, they would give us a clean, optimal room. They didn’t. We woke up with clear bed‑bug bite marks. Both rooms had bed bugs. Please, don’t book here. It’s a terrible, terrible place.

The service was good and the cost was reasonable in a very strategic spot. I don’t think there’s anything negative.

The location and the size of the room were very good. The problem is the bathroom and hallway odor; it smells awful and they should fix the drainage or drain.
