“je n'y retournerais jamais ! le rapport qualité prix n'est pas la !”

The place is clean, well maintained, and nicely set up. The pool is pretty and the restaurant is acceptable. The location is in an industrial area under construction; I had to endure a 30‑kid birthday party every Saturday at the pool with horrible noise! There was no way to exchange money on site, no free airport shuttle which is unacceptable at this price. We were three or four in the hotel and yet they refused a late departure even though I was injured. The customer relationship needs rethinking, my friends, because I'm not surprised there is no one despite the nice place. And the worst part: they woke me up one morning to clean the room at 8 am while I was still sleeping! I do not recommend it.

The room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom, and the pool was pleasant. Service was delayed for the evening meal and the value for money was not compelling.

The location in the city, the large pool, the luxurious feel, and the tasty breakfast made this a solid 8.0/10 experience.

“bien, au niveau de la piscine et pour débuter notre séjour; la qualité n'a pas convenu à Madame”

It was fine, but some wooden parts were falling apart because of humidity, and the bathtub in the second bedroom was inconvenient compared to having a shower.
