It was clean, easy to get to, and the host was easy to communicate with. However, it was very noisy – not the hotel’s fault, but the bars and clubs nearby played loud music until 4 am and then started again at 6/7 am.

The room was spacious. The location was not ideal and there was no reception.

The location was good. The hand towels were not clean, the sheets were thin, and there was no comforter.

The space and facilities were fine. The sofa had a stain on it.

The worst experience ever. There was no staff at the hotel; everything was automated with code entry. I arrived at 10 pm. In Panama, nobody was there to show me where to stay, so I had to ask the police for help; they found someone who worked there, but I was still scared of not having a place to stay. The worst part was the location – there was a raised can on the street that rattled every time a car passed. I didn’t know what was happening on the first night and didn’t sleep at all. (Also the hotel is located between nightclubs, so the noise was a roar). The second night was worse, with street traffic noise in the early morning, which caused me anxiety and I decided to return to my country. I told a hotel employee about my experience and he said he knew about the street noise and that my mistake was not asking before to be moved to another hotel. Honestly, it’s a scam; I paid $55 per night for the worst travel experience of my life. I would have claimed a refund if I could. The street noise was doubled in the room and was known to the hotel staff, which is why I was given that room. I felt it was malicious.
