The room was fairly clean and well equipped, but the water heater leaked and it took a long time for the water to heat up after a single person finished washing; the shower head’s wall mount also fell off. The lack of an elevator made carrying luggage to the second floor a real hassle, and no power cords were provided. Breakfast was always cold, with no hot dishes available.

The rooms were outstanding, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the restaurant was excellent; during our off‑season stay a few courses were missing, but overall it was a perfect 10/10 experience. The hotel’s alcohol‑free policy didn’t bother us, though I wish we had been better informed about that when booking.

A great place to stay on Issyk‑Kul, everything was excellent. The breakfasts were identical for everyone, with no variety.

The staff were super friendly, especially in the café, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was a bit thin, the room maintenance was lacking (my window wouldn’t open), and the bathroom felt a little small.
