The place is gorgeous and the location is great; the room is bright and roomy. They upgraded us to a better room than the one we paid for. The bathroom smelled awful, not because it was dirty, but the odor came from the pipes and it was always blocked.

The spot is very well situated, and the front‑desk lady is charming—she really adds magic to the place. It could use a bit more investment in comfort and housekeeping staff; there was no hot water.

The location is very good and the beds are comfy. The staff member who helped us was amazing! We were missing outlets—essential in a room for five people, there were only two, and we had to use one for the fan. The floor in the room was a little dirty.

The location is excellent and very central. The furnishings and décor are rustic and detailed. The kitchen is spacious. We were assigned the third floor, which had dust, and the stairwell to go up felt a little unsafe. Inside the room it got very hot.

The good vibe and the comfort for resting were fantastic—I loved it a lot.
