“Friendly staff”
Everything was clean.

The inn was fine. The bath needs a few touch‑ups, like the shower curtain needs to be stabilized and the toilet should be a higher unit so it’s not so low. All good.

The beds were comfortable, but the tub was stained and the TV in the breakfast area was broken; there was no maid service. When we asked why our room hadn’t been fixed and why towels hadn’t been picked up and replaced, the front desk said we should have requested it, yet they never mentioned that at check‑in. The free breakfast was just awful.

One positive was that the gentleman (Nick) at the front desk was nice. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, this hotel was nothing like the pictures on your website: the buildings and grounds outside were unmaintained, the windows looked filthy, and a strong musty smell filled the air. The hallway to our room was unkept, the carpeting was ruined, the room had a slight odor, and the air‑conditioning unit had black mold. The tub was dirty and leaking. My daughter and I didn’t feel safe in that room, so we went back downstairs to discuss it with Nick, who said it was a prepaid booking that would have to be refunded through Bookings. We did NOT stay at the property and will pursue a refund through Bookings.
