The price was fair and the room was clean, but there were no clean towels and a used washcloth was still hanging on the shower rod from a previous guest.

The location was spot‑on, yet the pool was closed—no mention of that on any site I checked before booking, and we only learned about it at check‑in when they said it was out of season. I’m from the south where pools close on the first weekend of October, so that’s odd. Also, a pile of cat litter with feces was dumped in the parking spot.
