The view and the staff are very accommodating, and the location is perfect in the Dana Biosphere Reserve. The bathroom toilet needs a bit of repair; the water fill‑up of the tank was extremely slow and it ran continuously. I’d encourage the staff to look into it.

The staff organized our hike in Wadi Dana flawlessly and the meals were fantastic. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a screen door that lets in fresh air while keeping mosquitoes out. The setting offers stunning scenery. Guests are welcomed with Arabic coffee and sweets. The lobby, open for reading and relaxation, is tastefully furnished. The cafeteria opens onto a long outdoor veranda with scenic views and cushioned chairs. Lighting and plumbing are well maintained. The only wish is for stronger wi‑fi.

The location is magnificent and the dinner is good. The road to get there is a bit of a hassle.
