The rooms were clean and the staff were as friendly as always in Indonesia, the outdoor terrace was pleasant, and the new hotel is pretty nice; however, the service could be faster— we waited an unusually long time for dinner and drinks, the tables were not cleared or wiped down promptly and felt sticky rather than fresh, which is a hygiene issue, and the breakfast could use more variety with different breads like ampas terigu, croissants, and yogurt.
