問い合わせ対応、当日の対応、大変よくしていただきました。. 室内のシャワーカーテン、もう少し長いとありがたい。

The hotel was a great base for exploring Yonezawa. When I arrived there was a small hiccup, but the staff handled it quickly and very well. The facilities were clean and I found no complaints, which actually made it a plus. I wonder how old the building is; the equipment feels outdated. The toilet in my room had an old push‑button flush that was stiff, so that should be upgraded first.

The bed making and interior cleaning were good. The bathtub had stubborn grime stuck to it.

Both dinner and breakfast dishes were good. The bath was open to everyone, which was a bit inconvenient, and the toilet in the room made a squeaking noise that was unpleasant.
