The entire reception was great, we received excellent information about excursions and the operators were very, very friendly; we had no complaints.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere cozy, and it was the perfect starting point for bike tours.

The hosts are very friendly, the breakfast was lovingly prepared, and extra requests were fulfilled. Some furniture is a bit dated; a replacement would enhance the stay.

It’s a wonderful base for the Spreewald and truly outstanding: the hosts and staff are very loving and courteous, they manage the boat rentals, are always extremely helpful, and simply warm and human.
