“Razoável”

I loved the cozy vibe and the staff were wonderful and clean, organized, but after a 10‑hour trip I was stopped at the front desk because they wouldn’t accept my small pet; the hotel owner told the receptionist to charge me a 200‑real fee, and I felt ripped off.

The service at Divi‑Divi was excellent, and I can honestly say staying there was a great choice; the staff were super respectful, polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was always clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the location near Morro do Careca beach offered many restaurants and easy access for tours, with the hotel even partnering with local tour agencies. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. The only downside was that the breakfast could have stayed open until 10:00.

“Adequado ao baixo preço que custou.”

The price and location were good, but the rooms needed renovation. The instructions say valuables should be kept in a safe that has no lock, and the Wi‑Fi was very weak.

Breakfast was barely anything, they stuck me in the last unit where mosquitoes were everywhere. I spent three days in that cramped room, feeling suffocated. The daytime front‑desk guy said he'd get some bug spray, but when I came back, another staff member said he didn't have any and wouldn't swap rooms overnight. No one was friendly or helpful. On top of that, breakfast only ran from 7 to 9 a.m. I can't recommend it. I hope they fix this for future guests.
