Hotel Grand Coeur Latin

The place was clean and nice, and the spot was perfect for where we needed to go. It felt a bit dated, but still pleasant, and I’d like to see more options for breakfast.

“The most disappointing hotel I've ever booked. It's 3 times too expensive for what it is.”

Honestly, only the location. The room was so poor and basic for the price. It was a suite but frankly smaller than many rooms. I know Paris hotels are small but the "other room" in the suite was basically a folding bed. The bathroom was awful - shower had no pressure (not possible to wash properly), and there was no room for a couple to even brush their teeth at the same time. The spa had a nice big pool but it was just a bit too cold to use the bubbly seats etc - and the steam room broke down, with no staff to help. No sauna or anything else. Coffee at breakfast was very poor - and the breakfast itself not great (it felt very understaffed) And the bar wsa lit like a canteen - totally non-atmospheric. The barman was lovely but other staff very unhelpful. At 1/3 the price it would have been ok - but Paris has amazing hotels for the price we paid, and this was basically a budget plus

“Noce to stay and good location”

The location and quality were solid. The rooms had no space to hang clothes—only jackets or small items could be put up. Breakfast was very basic for a hotel of this caliber. When I asked for an omelet, it never arrived, and when it finally did, it took too long.

“Nice modern little hotel with good location”

Very clean! The breakfast was wonderful, and the pool is amazing, though we didn’t have time to use it. The location is great. I didn’t give it a 10 because after five days I asked them to keep our luggage for the weekend, and they refused because we weren’t staying again. The only downside was the attitude of the afternoon reception lady who scolded us for mistakenly opening the wrong room number that our key could open.

“Great hotel for a short break in Paris.”

Location was perfect for sightseeing visit to Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms are compact (as expected in Paris) but clean, comfortable and well equipped. Having the pool access was a real bonus
