The front desk was friendly and they gave us a fan, plus the hotel is close to the highway and shops, but there was no air conditioning or Wi‑Fi.

The welcome and breakfast were fine, yet the room had no air conditioning, and the outside, parking and green area looked abandoned.

The location was fine, but the AC didn’t work, the toilet flush was broken, the plumbing was old, there were spider webs in the room, the overall condition of the room was very poor and needed a makeover.

Getting in from the motorway was easy and the parking facilities were good, but I had trouble entering the room: I was given a key card, yet the electric reader was missing, and the same happened in the room next door. I received a normal metal key but didn’t know where to insert it. Reception cleared some foam insulation from the lock, and the key also fit the next door room, which I unlocked by mistake because it was also numbered 3.
