It was good value for money, the area was nice and quiet, and the staff were friendly. They organized a fun trip to Vic Falls. The hotel is a 5‑minute drive to shops. The bed was comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space. Overall, a good place. The yard was nice and green with grass and flowers. Parking was small, there was no shade for cars, and there was no smart TV.

Ruth and the whole team gave me a genuinely warm welcome – they were friendly, helpful and seemed to really care. When I got back late one night she even texted to check I was okay, which meant a lot. The hotel is a short walk to the mall with shops and ATMs, and a quick shared‑taxi ride gets you to the riverside restaurants. The room was big, comfy and spotless, and the pool looked clean even though I never used it; the tours they advertised were cheap, but I’d already booked elsewhere.

The spot is right where you want to be, and the hospitality felt genuine – we really appreciated the warm welcome. Nothing else to complain about.
