The location is ideal, the garden‑view room is spacious, and everything feels generous; the dining hall could use more subdivision for a cozier vibe, the breakfast buffet isn’t very lavish but the quality is good, there are plenty of outdoor terraces, and the Kurhotel feel isn’t really for travelers who just want to spend a couple of days in Kissingen, while the practical dining room feels a bit unwelcoming for the few guests who use it.

Breakfast was acceptable, but there were no regular rolls on Monday, which was a problem for me since I don’t eat rye; the room felt somewhat worn, especially the windows.

The staff at the reception and breakfast area were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and all fresh, the breakfast room was large and pleasant, and the wellness area, though small, was refined.
