The staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging a tricycle to Hagnaya Port for us the next morning; the room was basic but clean, though the air‑conditioner was very loud.

The location is very close to the main road, Sharon was super kind and handled all our needs! Nothing to complain about.

The caretaker was friendly and well‑versed about the property and Santa Fe, and also helped us secure a motor scooter for our travels; we would have liked a window to look out from our room but that’s not a deal breaker.
