It’s a genuinely amazing chain hotel. The staff were friendly and kept accommodating us until the resort shut down for the winter season. The food, facilities, and nightly shows were all top quality, so we’ll definitely return. The downside was that smoking was allowed everywhere, even by the pool, and they should have set up dedicated smoking zones.

Our holiday was fantastic. It was our first time at Botanik Platinum, and the room was cozy with pillows swapped on request. The food selection was diverse and tasty, and we loved the variety of pools—especially the calm, relaxing pool that suited us perfectly. Every team—reception, housekeeping, beach staff, restaurant and bar crew, cleaners, handymen, and animators—deserved huge respect and thanks for their readiness to help with anything. The only issue was the nearby hotel, whose loud music kept going until midnight.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, surrounded by lush plants. The sunset was gorgeous, and the sea was crystal‑clear, turquoise, and immediately deep. The menu offered a wide range of dishes—vegetables, beef fillet, lamb, dorado, seabass, and red fish every day. There were plenty of pastries and fruits, including strawberries, cherries, melons, and watermelon. The service was excellent; before you even sat down, the waiter was already asking what you’d like. The only drawback was that part of the hotel opens onto a busy road, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. However, for 30 euros a day you can upgrade to a room with a sea view, which I did.

The hotel’s infrastructure, attentive staff, cleanliness, service, and food were all great, but the pebble beach made it very hard to get onto the shore—only the pier works.

I really liked the hotel: the staff were good, the rooms were clean, and in May they gave us a free upgrade from standard to family room. The food was tasty and varied, parking was available, there was a Luna Park for kids with slides, a fantastic kids club, and animation.
