The place was close to the train station for Universal, and there was nothing else to mention.

Everything was clean, the amenities were enough, and the staff were friendly, but our room wasn’t ready during the day.

Parking in the garage was great, the staff were super friendly, the location is awesome—close to Universal Studios but not in the middle of traffic, the rooms were nice and clean, and the nights were quiet and restful. Everything was wonderful.

I loved the large room and the location to the Metro was fantastic, but the lighting in the lounge area wasn’t great.
