The location was excellent right in the market and near the beach. The toilet was not okay at all.

The location is good, close to the beach and in front of the market, but the bedding is very old, the toilet lid was loose, the bathroom flooded completely while showering, I stayed on the second floor and the stairs are steep—terrible for those with luggage. Check‑in and check‑out happen in a restaurant, so be careful if you need to leave early, and you must leave a deposit. Overall, it was the worst hotel I stayed at on my trip.
The owner, Vito, hails from Bari, Italy and is incredibly friendly; the spot sits right in the heart of Kata beach walking street, offering tasty food, a variety of cuisine, cheap and generous cocktails, and the rooms are comfy, sound‑proof against market noise. At 400 m from the beach with great views, we were a group of seven and everyone fit comfortably; it’s a solid choice for couples and families. Nothing to complain about.
