The location was pleasant and ideal for our trip, the parking was great, the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of beverages, and getting in was easy.

“Super place for an overnight stay and great value!”

The property’s layout, accessed via a private driveway off the main road, was perfect. The host made room access straightforward with key‑box instructions and was reachable if needed. The room was quiet, spotless, and the en‑suite matched that standard. It was warmly lit upon arrival and felt very homely. The smart TV was a real bonus for YouTube, Netflix, etc. Plenty of tea, coffee, and milk were supplied for the overnight stay, so I couldn’t fault anything and would stay again. I’d recommend it to anyone with an early flight from Belfast City Airport. Overall, great value for what you get. The only minor issue was that the TV only offered BBC channels via the built‑in i‑Player, which was fine. The room I received had no wardrobe, unlike the photo on the website, but a rail with coat‑hangers in the alcove sufficed for an overnight stay, though I wondered if extra blankets would be provided in colder months.

Parking was straightforward and check‑in was a breeze, plus the spot is in a convenient area. The downside was the constant noise—every flush or shower made its way into my room.

“Poor garage conversion not a place to stay”

We stayed in what turned out to be a converted garage, with staff explaining it was a hasty assembly of fixtures and furnishings. That was the only thing that bothered us.
