The location was convenient, but the room was very small, dated, and in need of renovation; the polycarbonate doors and the small refrigerator in the room were broken.

The location was excellent, yet the facilities were outdated; the bed was uncomfortable and made noise when turning, there were shaky lamps and a dented metal frame for hanging clothes, and they left my grandmother’s blankets in a plastic bag that smelled of mold.
