I want a refund because I didn’t stay there. Nothing they advertise is available – the TV doesn’t work, the shower isn’t warm, the bed creaks, it’s not clean, they don’t speak the language, it’s probably dirty because there was little light. Please refund. The owner was unreachable, the staff only spoke Filipino. Thanks.

The stylish decor and modern appliances were a major plus, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was ridiculously loud. I loved the sleek look of the hotel, but the noise from the AC was a real issue.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The location was convenient, but that's where it ended. The rooms were tiny and the decor was straight out of the 80s. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and the food was overpriced and subpar. Overall, I'd say it's best to avoid this place at all costs.

One thing that would've made my stay here a lot better is if they had free WiFi and a coffee machine in the lobby. As it was, I had to go out and find a coffee shop to get a decent cup of coffee, and the lack of WiFi made it hard to stay connected with work.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price and quality of this hotel. For the price I paid, I expected a lot less, but the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd say it's a great value for the money.
