Breakfast could have been a bit better: there was no ice for the juice, the food was just okay and not hot, but the young lady did an amazing job keeping it full. The fresh fruit was only green oranges and a few apples, no bananas; having hot oatmeal would have been nice, especially with all the toppings offered for the yogurt. A flavored cream cheese would have been welcome, not just plain. The bagels were not fresh, still partially frozen. The staff were amazing throughout our stay.

If I’m driving many hours please make every effort to check me in early even by 15 minutes. The food was AWEFUL NEED MORE CHOICES AND FRESHNESS

The location was fine, but a woman claiming to be the hotel manager was extremely rude; in the early hours of our last night, around 1 am, she called the police and kicked us out even though we were traveling with young children, saying she didn’t want anyone from Panama there, which felt racist, and to this day I still have no explanation for why we were evicted despite having an individual reservation.

I can’t say much because the hotel didn’t keep my room and indicated that my check‑in time change was not informed to them. The hotel accused me of not notifying the check‑in time change.
