“Mooie Riad met leeg zwembad”
We chose this Riad specifically for its rooftop pool, but it was empty—something we’d seen mentioned two months earlier but hoped had been fixed. The staff didn’t inform us beforehand, and the explanation mirrored that earlier review. After insisting, they offered a €45 Hammam experience as a consolation. It was nice, but we’d have preferred to know earlier so we could have requested a refund or booked elsewhere. The non‑refundable policy means you should check the pool status first. Also, the ceiling in our room looked shabby; plaster fell off daily and landed in our luggage.
