Everything was great, especially the location and the island’s history, and all the staff were friendly. Nothing to complain about.

“End of season disappointment”

The lobby looked great and my room was tidy. However, a few items in the room weren't functioning, and I was told it was the end of the season. I didn't realize the room would be a bilevel layout, and the restaurant menu was quite sparse. I also wanted to use the outdoor firepit, but it wasn't working, and again I was told it was the end of the season. Maybe the room should have been discounted for that reason.
