The room attendant was hostile, the pillow covers were very dirty, and he wouldn’t replace them; the bedsheet and bedcovers were also dirty, and he simply tossed them onto the filthy floor before putting them back on the bed. The toilet was unclean and not cleaned, and no water bottle was provided. When I complained to the receptionist, she laughed and continued watching a video on her phone, which was odd.
