“Ich würde wiederkommen”
Breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating, but the room size and mattress left something to be desired.

Central but still very quiet, within walking distance to the train station; the room was beautifully and uniquely decorated, and breakfast was excellent with freshly made scrambled or fried eggs, and the staff were very friendly. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was fine and the staff were very friendly, though there could have been more options for breakfast.

The hotel is nicely located with easy access to the city centre and main train station; I stayed in one of their apartments, which is very spacious, modernly renovated with a very modern kitchen, large comfortable beds, a tub and a shower, and great breakfast options. The main issue was the staff: I witnessed many internal disagreements among themselves or with external employees, and when I had an internet problem I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done because it was Sunday and no one was around, and I was treated rudely and with slight aggression. It’s not a guest’s problem whether it’s Sunday. Eventually a lady came to help with the internet, fixed it, and apologized for the stressful situation, but any issue should be handled with friendliness and professionalism.

The room was large and clean, with adjacent parking. The hotel is actually two separate buildings facing each other, both nice; breakfast was in the other building, so we had to dress up and go out to have breakfast.
