The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was good, though the bar area was not open all day. The food quality was terrible, even at breakfast, and the dinner menu cost 35€ for almost nothing. There was a lot of noise in the room from hallway traffic, and the room above the kitchen made it even louder, with the front desk lady jokingly saying, “if you want to sleep calmly you shouldn’t stay at this hotel!”

The shuttle service to the base of the slopes was a plus, and breakfast was decent. The room was very roomy, but the dinner was really poor quality for the high price.

The modern room with a balcony overlooking the ski fields was nice, and it was a 15‑minute walk into town. Breakfast offered a wide variety, most staff spoke English, and we could leave our luggage downstairs after checkout. A leaking shower ran into the main room, but the issue was fixed immediately after we reported it to reception.

The dinner was excellent, though it was a bit confusing at first. The reception staff were very helpful. We only stayed for one night.

I had a wonderful stay here, with the rooms being really spacious and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic, with a great selection to choose from. Overall, everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this place.
