I want a full refund for this thief – this isn’t a hotel, it’s a hostel with a water pump next to your bed that starts running as soon as you turn on the tap.

The room’s bathroom had a drainage issue that we had to deal with; the shower didn’t drain, so we had to shower in another room. Over four days we saw no staff, and they didn’t replace anything, only handed us more toilet paper. We had to send a message, and you had to pick up the items from the hallway cabinets.

“Buena ubicación, detalles mejorables.”

The location is great and the place is pretty. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable for the back, not because of firmness but because of the curvature of the three mattress pieces. The bathroom is not very private; the shower splashes all the water because there’s no closed curtain. There are no hangers, so no place to hang towels. Cleaning didn’t happen at all during the 3 nights and 4 days, and you can’t flush toilet paper in the WC, so you’d at least need to change the bathroom trash. On top of that, they only left one roll of toilet paper for four people (women), which is insufficient. It really doesn’t seem designed for four people.

The location is outstanding, just a few meters from Vitosha Boulevard. Self‑check‑in was super easy and fast, with clear instructions. The room was spacious and quiet, and cleaning was discreet upon request. The main issue was the bathroom: you couldn’t flush toilet paper, and the hot water in the shower took many minutes—up to ten—to arrive, repeatedly turning the tap on and off. Meanwhile the bathroom flooded, with water reaching under the sink.
