The hotel is definitely worth experiencing! The room was clean, tidy, fully equipped, and fairly comfortable. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and responded quickly to requests. The location is convenient, close to the beach and attractions in Bãi Cháy, making travel easy. Breakfast was decent for the price. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my stay here and would return if I visit Ha Long again, and I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The center is convenient for playing and eating. The evening music was turned off late.

The room was cramped and soundproofing was awful; even though it was a double room, the staff told me the guest never arrived. I wouldn't stay here again.
