“Bom, mas com observações”

The pool was great and the beach was close by, but I wasn’t happy that the restaurant was outsourced; some menu items we asked for weren’t available at dinner. It closed early on the holiday, at 18h, so I had to order food elsewhere and there were no dishes or cutlery to borrow. Breakfast after the holiday was worse than the one on October 12th, showing a lack of consistency in service, options, and quality.

The stay was awful—do not recommend. The shower ran cold, the hydro massage water was weak, the drain had no cover, and the shower clogged causing water to rise to the feet. The bathroom light was burnt out, the balcony light was burnt out, the room had no sheets, and the lighting was poor. The air conditioning was weak, and even after we requested a room change it remained weak. Room cleaning was poor, rooms smelled stale and moldy. The worst part: we told them it was our honeymoon, had visited before, yet received no special attention. Breakfast was terrible, weak, not replenished, and limited. Staff were impatient; the foreign owners were closed off and had terrible communication. Horrible hotel.

“Pessimo”

The hotel sits next to a beach club that starts music at 12h and stops at 22h; the hotel gate stays closed, so guests buzz the gate all night to get it open.

“Pelo poderia ter sido melhor mais”

The pool was excellent, staff were helpful, and breakfast was great. The furniture was old, some cheap ones were in the room, and the place needs a reservation.
