The location is great, close to everything yet still peaceful, and the pool is a real bonus because it’s hot in Cartagena. We also liked being able to cook, and the private room was very comfortable. The kitchen was in bad shape: the utensils should be replaced and the kitchen cleaned more often. Additionally, the only window in our room faced the smoking area, so we occasionally smelled smoke and never had natural light.

The center is close and the north of Cartagena is nearby. The room’s cleanliness was poor, with many bedbugs, and it’s clear that the guests who arrive sometimes bring these pests. A weekly cleaning plan should be implemented to eliminate the infestation, as I was bitten several times at night.

“Pésima atención ante una urgencia”

The location is very good, in a lively neighborhood and within walking distance of the historic center. We paid for a private room with a bathroom, but on arrival the room had no water. They first said it was a widespread issue, but after we checked the common showers and found everything working, they admitted it was only our room. The only solution offered was to wait until the next day at noon for a technician to come and check what was wrong. Not having water in the room is a serious flaw that should be fixed by a 24‑hour maintenance service, so we were almost a full day without using the bathroom in our room.

En general me parece que se ajusta muy bien todo, respecto costo/beneficio, la ubicación es excelente cerca al centro histórico, un lugar lindo, tranquilo, el desayuno muy completo y aunque se comparte la habitación tiene un ambiente familiar, seguro. Ya he estado allí 2 veces y la verdad me ha ido muy bien. La piscina relajante. El aire acondicionado muy alto para mi gusto, por eso cargo mi cobijita, aunque allí te pueden facilitar una
