Very spacious, excellent service, the view is gorgeous – definitely stay in the Twin Star View. I was on the 14th floor and still heard the loudspeaker downstairs, but that might just be a Malaysian thing.

Wow, this hotel is absolutely stunning, right next to the Petronas Twin Towers. From the moment my husband and I arrived we received first‑class service and felt like VIPs the whole time. Erlwin Ubau, the Restaurant and Bar Manager, is exceptional and truly an asset to the hotel; his attention to detail and professionalism give a customer experience that’s unique and hard to find in a large city hotel. We couldn’t thank him enough for making our stay in Kuala Lumpur amazing. The view of the towers from our room was perfect, the room itself was awesome, beautifully decorated and felt like a real 5‑star experience. The Wet Deck pool bar is stunning at night with the best vibes for enjoying cocktails and food. Perfect stay, I highly recommend, thanks W Hotel.

Great atmosphere, beautifully decorated, clean spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff. Amazing breakfast too.
