I had to be moved twice: the first room had no linens on the bed and yellow pillows; the second room’s TV and phone were broken, and I had to go downstairs for a remote, only to discover the TV worked after I returned. The shower and sink were dirty, so I had to clean them myself. On top of that, guests gathered outside the building in front of the door.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleaning fell short; breakfast felt like a minimal effort and could have included fresh fruit.

Every night there is constant noise from the unit above and beside me, and the television was so dark that I couldn't see the screen; I requested a new television and never received one, and every time I asked to speak to a manager the answer was always that none were available.
