The location was very good and convenient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, making the stay pleasant. However, the bedsheets and towels were dirty and not properly maintained, the water tap wasn’t functioning properly, and room service was extremely poor and unresponsive; overall, the room condition and service quality were unacceptable.

For the price, it wasn’t that great overall. The linens weren’t that white, and the shower head was faulty.
